We have installed a prescription collection machine which allows you to collect your prescriptions whenever suits it's most convenient for our customers.

You are not tied to your pharmacy’s opening hours; just collect your prescriptions 24/7. You collect the prescription from the machine just outside our pharmacy, so you do not have to queue in busy pharmacies – skip the queues and get your prescription in a matter of seconds.

When your prescription is ready, we will text you your unique code. This means there's no wasted trips to your pharmacy to find out that your prescription is not yet ready. The system is simple to use, quick and TOTALLY SECURE.

If I use the prescription collection machine, can I still use the pharmacy during opening hours?
Yes, in fact you will be able to get any urgent prescriptions far quicker than before and also see a member of our team for advice far quicker. The machine will allow us to offer extra services to our patients. With your support, we hope this will allow Totley Pharmacy to thrive and remain as a key pillar of the local community. Are there items that can’t be collected from the collection point?
For clinical or regulatory reasons, some items cannot be collected from it such as controlled drugs, fridge items, and very large, bulky items.

Can I use this from any doctor’s surgery?
Yes. Simply tell your doctor to send your prescriptions to Totley Pharmacy, 158 Baslow Road and give them our NHS code (FMT22). Or fill in the form below.
